For six years now, my enthusiasm for wood turning has intensified, and I am continually exploring new and innovative creations.

What sparked my interest in wood turning?

I had a special, beautiful tree in the garden where my cat would sit and playfully tease the dog. Unfortunately, the cat passed away, necessitating the removal of the tree. I took a piece of wood from it and envisioned crafting something to cherish the memory of my cat. That was the moment I fell in love with wood turning.

During these past six years, my passion for wood turning has flourished, fueled by a wish to create distinctive and fresh items. The journey began with a touching recollection of that lovely tree in my garden, where my cat would joyfully tease the dog. Following my beloved cat's passing, I sadly chose to cut down the tree but kept a piece of its wood. Motivated by the memory of my feline companion, I turned that wood into a stunning piece of art, marking the moment I truly embraced wood turning. Since then, each project has been a homage to my memories and a reflection of my growing creativity, allowing me to celebrate not just my cat but also the craftsmanship involved in working with wood.
